Web mining is a newly emerging research area concerned with analyzing the World Wide Web. It is concerned mainly with its content, structure and usage. As the Web is the largest storehouse of knowledge of our time it has become essential to learn how to exploit its potential. The primary goal of the web site owner is to provide the relevant information to the users to fulfill their needs. Web mining technique is used to categorize users and pages by analyzing usersbehavior, the content of pages and order of URLs accessed.
