Health is a significant factor for the rapid growth of nations. The health of the citizens is the real wealth of the nations and indirectly contributing for the growth of GDP and the economic welfare putting it great across the comity of nations. The yesteryear generations faced with the communicable diseases and the present generation is beset with the NCD (Non-Communicable diseases) resulting in health issues, costs, disease prevention and management. As in some cases the cost of treatment is higher, steps to be taken to make use of alternate modes of payment. Health issues would affect the human development index
